A: Bankruptcy should be the LAST option. We will objectively review your situation and coach accordingly. 99% of our clients who thought they need to file for bankruptcy ended up not filing for one. Please note that the bankruptcy option is expensive and does not erase every type of debt. It is a life altering event and will follow you for the rest of your life. Most of the time, the bankruptcy option is oversold by attorneys.

A: Mayanah Financial  does not sell any financial products. However, our managing partners are part of other financial companies that sell products and will be able to recommend products to you that suit your goals and objectives. It is upon the client’s discretion to avail of those products/services.

A: We have multiple packages and the rates vary depending on the one chosen. We assess your situation and provide you the options. It is YOU who picks the package.

No, you do not have to sign a long term contract. You can sign up for a single session or for years of coaching. You are spoiled for choice.

Yes, you can cancel the coaching anytime you want with no penalty.

A: Please consider financial coaching as an investment that pays for itself in the long term.. We will help you to identify leakage areas in your cash flow cycle and plug the leak. It’s our experience that 90% of people recoup the money within the first month and 100% of people recoup within first two months of coaching.

A: We will provide tools and documents to help you contact your creditors. However, in extreme cases, we would be happy to be on the call with you to guide you with your conversation.

A: A Financial Coach is a lot like your Physical Fitness Coach. They guide you with sound counsel regarding exercise and nutrition. But, it’s up to you to follow that counsel.

Similarly, as a financial coach, we can provide all the guidance and tools for you to be successful. But, it is up to you to follow the steps to be successful. Since we offer our time, financial coaching charges are non-refundable.

A: We offer a professional and confidential office environment for our clients. Our preference is to meet at our office. However, we realize that it is not possible always. So, we offer zoom sessions.

A: Yes. Though we prefer to meet face to face, we offer online coaching. We use Zoom as our online collaborative system.
